Part 3: Closing / Conversion Process
Overview

Part 2 (Outreach) ends with you introducing the concept of AXEN Realty and inviting the agent to a WHY AXEN Realty Zoom Call. Part 3 picks up from here. This is your conversion engine — the system that turns interested agents into signed partners.

The Goal of Part 3 is simple: move every agent who attends or expresses interest through a structured process that ends with them joining AXEN Realty.

Step 1: The WHY AXEN Realty Zoom Call

This is the first real conversion event. The agent has shown enough interest to get on a zoom call. The companies job is to sell the vision, not the features.

Call Structure

1. Welcome & Rapport (2–3 min) — Thank them for joining. Acknowledge their time. Quick personal connection.

Step 2: The Close Attempt (End of Zoom Call)

At the end of every WHY AXEN call, you make a clear, confident close attempt. Follow Up With Every Agent Prospect of Yours.

Key Rule: Always leave the call with a specific, scheduled next step. Never accept "I’ll think about it" without booking a follow-up date.

Step 3: The 1-on-1 Demo Call (Warm Leads)

This call is for agents who didn’t close on the WHY AXEN call but showed genuine interest. This is your deeper, personalized pitch.

Demo Call Structure

1. Recap & Re-Engage (2 min) — "Last time we talked, you mentioned [pain point]. Has anything changed since then?" This shows you listened and keeps continuity.

2. Customized Walkthrough (15–20 min) — Show them exactly what their business would look like at AXEN. Tailor everything to their situation: their market, their production level, their frustrations. Use screen share if possible.

3. Handle Objections (5–10 min) — See the Objection Handling Guide below.

4. The Direct Close (2–3 min) — "Based on everything we’ve talked about, I think you’d crush it here. Are you ready to make the move?"

Every agent has objections. The key is to expect them, welcome them, and respond with confidence. Below are the most common ones and how to handle them.

Step 4: Follow-Up System

Golden Rule of Follow-Up: Every touchpoint must add value. Never follow up with just "checking in" — always attach something useful (a stat, a story, an insight, an invitation).

Step 5: Long-Term Nurture ("Not Yet" Leads)

Some agents aren’t ready now but will be in 3, 6, or 12 months. These are not dead leads — they’re future agents. Keep them warm with a monthly nurture system.

•No, your database can be exported from AXEN Systems for you in the event you leave.

Can I Brand myself?

•Yes, you are free to brand your own logo, team name as you see fit.

•This does need to confirmed with the state broker to ensure it meets the Real Estate Commission Code.

For Sale Signs/Business Cards?

•For Sale Signs & Biz Cards are not currently paid by AXEN for the Agents. (this may differ for a team member)

•You are welcome to use your own vendor for these services

•You are welcome to customize signs & biz cards

•If you would like to use our AXEN Realty store:

E&O Insurance?

•The brokerage covers the cost of E&O Insurance

•If you would like your own E&O Insurance on top of brokerage coverage, you are welcome to get your own policy

Can money be paid to my LLC?

•Yes, money can be paid to your LLC, PA or PLLC depending on the state.

Am I required to use affiliated services?

•No, there is no requirement or mandate to use any affiliated services of AXEN Realty.

•You are welcome to utilize whatever affiliates you prefer.

How long does it take to get paid at AXEN?

•Agents are paid at closing for AXEN Realty given they are compliant and have all documentation turned in for compliance review.

•For referrals & leases, this money is typically sent to the brokerage. Then the brokerage will issue a direct deposit/ACH to the agent’s account within 2 days of receipt of funds. (given file is in compliance.)

Can I recruit agents before I get onboard?

•Yes, you can recruit agents to AXEN Realty before you come onboard. (waiting for deals to close, etc.)

•These agents will go in your downline.
